ENKI

Sculpted by the Source

In Mesopotamian mythology Enki is the god of fresh water, wisdom and invention. The lamp takes his name and his character: a composition of geometric volumes rising vertically like something growing, built from three materials with strong presence, held in balance so that none of them dominates.

Marble gives the piece body and weight, in three bold varieties: Breccia Oniciata, Nero Marquina and Emperador Dark. The shade is covered in crocodile-embossed leather, which adds a tactile, precious note, while the chrome-plated base reflects light and nearby objects, giving the composition depth and movement. The result is a sculptural piece over 60 cm tall, designed for hotel lobbies and suites as well as for the most demanding homes.

ENKI is conceived as a collection of five configurations sharing proportions and materials, so a manufacturer can launch it as a complete family from day one. The light source is a standard E27 lamp holder, a choice that simplifies certification and industrialisation and shortens time to market.
