Public and Private, Connected by Art.

Over the Wall is an architectural concept built on contrast and complementarity: a public volume and a private one, linked into a single experience through art and an external spiral ramp that becomes the project’s main circulation. Exhibition spaces and a raised terrace read as an urban extension, while studios and living areas host the creative process—sometimes visible, sometimes protected. The idea of “crossing the wall” turns into program, movement, and spatial sequence: a place where public life and production coexist without collapsing into each other.

Over the Wall è un concept architettonico fondato su opposizione e complementarità: un volume pubblico e uno privato, connessi dall’arte e da una rampa a spirale esterna che diventa il percorso principale. Spazi espositivi e terrazza come estensione urbana; atelier e residenze come luogo del fare creativo, a tratti visibile e a tratti protetto. “Superare il muro” diventa programma, movimento e sequenza spaziale.
